Inbound Customer Service (Work From Home)

Job Description

To offer outstanding support to clients and their customers, we are looking for a highly qualified and experienced customer service representative. You will answer incoming and outgoing calls, answer client questions, and assist with sales as a representative. This remote job offers a variety of benefits and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from clients’ clients, answering their queries and offering assistance with reservations, banking, and other sales-related concerns.
  • Make outgoing calls to customers and internal support departments of clients in order to address and clarify issues.
  • When necessary, forward calls to the appropriate internal support divisions or customer service agents.
  • Maintain top sales performance by demonstrating skilled sales techniques and overcoming objections, and keep abreast of your clients’ sales and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Capacity to handle stress and operate in a fast-paced setting
  • Empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving abilities
  • Capacity to work both individually and collaboratively Quiet workspace and dependable internet connection
  • must be able to pass a drug test and background investigation.
  • Working 15 to 20 hours a week is necessary because some clients have weekend needs.

Technical Requirements:

  • Minimum computer requirements or higher if the client requests it (laptop or desktop)
  • USB headset with microphone (required for certification training)
  • Broadband internet service that is hardwired using a fiber optic, cable, or DSL connection
  • Telephone support
  • The representative is required to purchase a call center noise-cancelling phone.
