You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the employee experience from onboarding to exit, ensuring compliance, improving people processes, and advising leadership on how to build high-performing, satisfied teams. Key Objectives
- Maintain and enhance employee lifecycle processes, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding and transitions
- Ensure HR systems and processes are optimized for scalability, compliance, and employee satisfaction
- Serve as the go-to resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and conflict resolution
- Help foster a culture of inclusivity, growth, and accountability
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding and orientation process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and supported
- Maintain employee records, data accuracy, and HR documentation in systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or PeopleSoft
- Assist in managing compensation, benefits, leave, and performance programs while ensuring legal and policy compliance
- Serve as a confidential advisor for employee concerns, helping resolve disputes and escalating when necessary
- Provide guidance to managers and team leaders on organizational structure, policy interpretation, and employee relations
- Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding logistics, gathering insights to help reduce attrition
- Support internal communications, learning and development initiatives, and wellness programs
- Collaborate with payroll, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless HR operations
- Monitor HR analytics and suggest improvements based on data trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in human resources, employee relations, or people operations
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft, BambooHR, ADP, Gusto, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
- Experience working in a scaling company or startup environment
- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with current trends in employee engagement, DEI, and remote/hybrid work culture
