Job Description
To offer outstanding customer service to clients of a top e-commerce sporting company, we are looking for a highly qualified and experienced customer service representative. As a representative, your duties will include answering customer questions, resolving problems, providing product information, and providing first-call resolution with white-glove service. This remote job offers a variety of benefits and flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with first-call resolution and white-glove service.
- Answer calls from customers asking “where’s my order?”
- Answer consumer inquiries about products and services and offer information.
- Manage current orders, including returns and replacements, and place new and large orders.
- Assist specific stores and monitor shipments.
- Provide support for loyalty cards and gift cards.
- Respond to every call promptly and competently.
Requirements:
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Capacity to handle stress and operate in a fast-paced setting
- Empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to work both individually and collaboratively
- Quiet workspace and dependable internet connection
- must be able to pass a drug test and background investigation.
- Working 15 to 20 hours a week is necessary because some clients have weekend needs.
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum computer requirements or higher if the client requests it (laptop or desktop)
- A microphone-equipped USB headset is necessary for certification training.
- Broadband internet service that is hardwired using a fiber optic, cable, or DSL connection
- Telephone support
- The representative is required to purchase a call center noise-cancelling phone.
