To offer outstanding customer service to clients of a top healthcare organization, we are looking for a highly qualified and bilingual (Spanish) customer service agent. As an agent, your duties will include answering customer questions, resolving problems, providing product information, and providing first-call resolution with white-glove service. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Spanish and English

- Quiet workspace and dependable internet connection
- A background check and drug test must be passed.
- You must be able to work 15 to 20 hours a week (some clients have weekend requirements).
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum computer requirements or higher if the client requests it (laptop or desktop).
- A microphone-equipped USB headset is necessary for certification training.
- Broadband internet access that is hardwired using a fiber optic, cable, or DSL connection.
