Bilingual French Customer Service Representative for Roadside Assistance Company (Remote Job)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified and multilingual French customer service representative to offer a roadside assistance company excellent support. Flexible scheduling is available for this work from home opportunity, including on weekends. We encourage you to apply if you can provide outstanding customer service in both French and English and are a fully fluent bilingual speaker!

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming and outgoing calls and offering bilingual (English/French) assistance to clients, partners, and service providers.
  • Agree on fair prices for the services you provide.
  • Assure a seamless and considerate client experience.
  • Compile and confirm client data.
  • Record problems, fixes, and subsequent steps.
  • Answer consumer questions accurately and quickly during the initial interaction.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both French and English
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Capacity to handle stress and operate in a fast-paced setting
  • Empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving abilities
