We’re seeking talented and customer-driven professionals to join our remote customer service team. As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns with efficiency and empathy

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and adaptability to learn banking software
