Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Remote)

As a remote worker, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide solutions to booking-related issues. Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers and provide assistance with bookings, banking-specific questions, quotes, and more
- Make outbound calls to internal support departments and customers for status updates and clarification
- Transfer calls to designated internal support departments or account representatives as needed
- Stay up-to-date on client sales, promotions, and products
- Demonstrate expert sales techniques and overcome objections to maintain top sales performance
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Quiet, distraction-free work environment
- Reliable computer, USB headset, and high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week, including possible weekend shifts
