- Inbound calls for assistance with bookings from client’s customers.
- Possible outbound calls to client-designated internal support departments, and client’s customers for status and clarification purposes.
- Transferring inbound calls or outbound calls to other client-designated internal support departments or client account representatives.

Responsibilities
- Answer Inbound calls for assistance with bookings from client customers, assist with cruise specific questions, quotes and more.
- Stay up to date on the latest client sales and promotions.
- Maintain top sales performance by showcasing expert sales techniques and overcoming objections.
- Transfer inbound calls or outbound calls to client-designated internal support departments or client account representatives.
- Possible outbound calls to client-designated internal support departments, and client customers for status and clarification purposes.
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be able to work 15-20 hours a week (some clients have weekend requirements)
- Must have a quiet distraction free work environment
- Must have minimum computer specifications or better as needed by the client (laptop or desktop)
- Must have a USB headset with microphone (required for certification training)
- Must have a hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection
- Must have a phone service
- Must be able to purchase a call center noise cancelling phone
