Inbound Customer Service (Resort Reservation)

Job Description

To offer outstanding support to clients and their customers, we are looking for a representative who is both skilled and customer-focused. As a remote worker, you will efficiently handle booking inquiries, answer incoming and outgoing calls, and resolve problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from clients, addressing inquiries and quotes unique to banking as well as booking-related problems.
  • Make outgoing calls to customers and internal support departments to get clarification and status updates.
  • When necessary, forward calls to the appropriate account representatives or internal support departments.
  • Keep abreast of customer sales, promotions, and merchandise so that you can offer knowledgeable assistance.
  • Employ expert sales techniques to maintain top sales performance and overcome objections.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or a similar field for at least one year.
  • A high school degree or its equivalent is necessary.
  • The capacity to clear a drug test and background investigation.
  • A focused, peaceful, and distraction-free work environment.
  • Dependable computer, fast internet, and a USB headset.
  • The capacity to work 15–20 hours a week, possibly including weekend shifts.
