Job Description

A highly qualified and driven Customer Service Representative is needed to join our team. Working from the convenience and security of your own home as a representative will provide you the chance to collaborate with well-known brands, such as Zevelon.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer general questions and deliver first-rate customer service.
  • Describe the available booking options and the billing procedures.
  • Examine and address consumer grievances
  • When necessary, transfer calls to client customer service.
  • Provide extra services as agreed upon by the client and yourself.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background investigation.
  • Working 15 to 20 hours a week is necessary because some clients have weekend needs.
  • A peaceful, distraction-free workspace is essential.
  • Minimum computer requirements must be met, or higher if the client requests it (laptop or desktop).
  • A USB headset with a microphone is necessary for the certification training.
  • Broadband internet service must be hardwired via cable, fiber optic, or DSL.
  • Phone service is a must.
  • A call center noise-cancelling phone must be available for purchase.
